• Custom orders are non-refundable.
• We strive for accuracy in every order; however:
  • Errors must be reported within 30 days of pickup to be eligible for any correction or warranty.
• 1-Year Scratch Warranty:
  • Applies only to lenses with Anti-Reflective (AR) coating.
• Multiple Pair Discount:
  • You have 30 days from the original pickup date to order additional pairs at a 50% discount.
• Warranty Disclaimer:
  • No warranties are implied unless explicitly provided in writing.

Prescription Disclosure Notice

In accordance with the FTC’s Eyeglass Rule, prescriptions associated with your order are issued by a third-party licensed provider, Visibly, and delivered electronically with your consent.

To request a paper copy, please contact That Eye Place, LLC. Prescriptions are not issued by That Eye Place, LLC and remain the responsibility of the licensed provider.
