Return Policy
We want you to love your eyewear! You can return your non-custom prescription eyewear for a full refund or replacement within 15 days of the dispense date, which is either the day they arrive at your home or the day you purchase them in-store.

Important Details:

• This policy applies to the original purchase only.
• It does not cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage, or theft.
• All non-custom prescription eyewear returns must be made in-store.

Scratch Warranty:
Our scratch warranty is available only on the original lenses. Please note, this warranty does not cover intentional damage or abuse, including purposeful scratching to misuse the warranty.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, but the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
